On first day of spring, Rita's free Italian ice day made for a very, very busy day. There were lines out to the street and snaking around with many families as well. The young lady at the 1st window from the right - inspite of the very busy day, repeated questions from customers about what is included - welcomed everyone with professionalism, courtesy, and with a genuine smile! Haven't seen such customer service for a while. Please consider rewarding her and encouraging her for being herself! 👏
