We were just at your store and there was a long line, as expected on a hot Sunday night. One of the employees chatted for literally 10-15 minutes with her two friends while her co-workers continued to serve the ever growing line of people. When she eventually served us she was very friendly and pleasant but she needs a reminder on appropriate times to socialize. I did catch her name but do not want to post that and embarrass her.
