Horrible customer service and not the cleanest establishment.
Very pleased with what I got. And so was my grand children.

Visited Rita’s on June 6th around 7:30 PM with my siblings, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. When I walked up to place my order, the employee taking it stared at me for about 10 seconds without saying anything. After I gave my order, she responded with “What was that?” I repeated it, and instead of trying to understand, she smiled awkwardly and had to call someone else over to help take a simple order. This place sucks to the 1000000000 degree . I had an issue with my order asked for refund Ahmad refused stating he wasn’t a manager no manager available. Then a person came from out of nowhere acting like a manager and also didn’t refund money back which has resulted in the police being called and haven’t even gotten my order or wasn’t even started so there was no reason why I couldn’t get a refund.
