I called FOUR times to see what flavors they have before making the drive and they do not answer the phone. Unprofessional. Post your flavors on the website daily like other locations do so people don’t have to call.
Great location big parking lot
This was my first time visiting this Rita’s and I have to say the customer service was extremely friendly. I did not get the woman’s name, but she was an older lady and very kind with great customer service skills. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by this Rita’s again just because of the friendly service.
This is hands down my favorite Rita’s location. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always have the best selection. You can’t go wrong here—10/10 recommend!
