Why is it every time I come here, at least once per week to get a large frozen custard, they don't fill the cup up like the picture on your website? It's always filled below the tip of the cup. $6 is expensive enough. I would love to get my money's worth. I even said something to your employee and she ignored me.

I know prices have gone up on everything, but we just stopped into Rita's after fishing all day along with my pup. He got a pup cup smaller then a dixie cup for (no biscuit), I got a small twist (choc and vanilla soft ice cream from a machine) and my girlfriend got a medium mocha drink. THE TOTAL WAS $18!!!!!!! I’ve been going to Rita’s for quite some time and have always had a great experience. Yesterday was no difference, I went to get a sundae and was met with a great product and awesome customer service. The store is always well kept and clean, which I appreciate. I will be back again for more sweet treats!
