Came here for a sweet treat w some friends and the two queens at the counter helped me pick out the topping for my gelati after letting us all sample some flavors. They suggested the new blue sour powder which paired perfectly with my flavor combination and they overall were such a ki. We come here semi frequently and always have a pleasant experience!! The managers are also always so kind whenever we see them as well :)

I was at this Rita's and I had a wonderful experience. The two girls that waited on me were so super sweet and very helpful! They gave me a great recommendation and I tried watermelon chip and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place!!

Really terrible taste. We tried coockie ice cream sandwich, a birthday cake and cookie and cream. I politely asked if I could try the soft serve after non of us liked the other ones. I was told I had to pay. So I declined and they threw out the ice creams that we didn’t like and didn’t eat. This was my first time trying Rita’s. I’m very disappointed. Not sure if all of the locations are this bad.

"An absolutely fantastic experience every single time! This location sets the standard for how a Rita's franchise should be run. The store environment and atmosphere are excellent, and the customer service is unmatched. They always automatically use the correct large cup size for the 5-layer Gelati without us ever having to ask.
