It depends which worker you get. Unfortunately, I had Veronica, and it was beyond gross. There were pieces of her hair on my ice cream, and she was coughing over the water ice bucket. Totally unacceptable. Ew.
Great good service. Nice break on a hot day
Constant long waits with only ONE cashier while other workers are aimlessly sitting around inside. I spent 25 minutes waiting in line with only one person in front of me. More people need to work the cashiers avoid unhappy customers.
I usually have good service at this location, but tonight, the young gentleman, Aiden, left me with a dissatisfied experience. My sister asked about grape water ice, to which he said they didn’t have any, which is fine. However, he added “if it makes you feel any better, we had it yesterday.” That did not, in fact, make her feel better. He forgot our order and then said it had been a slow day and he just wanted to eat his cheesesteak.
