"The atmosphere at this location does not match the usual standard of a Rita's franchise. We bought a Gelati, and while we were happy that they actually used the correct large cup size for the 5 layers (unlike the Roselle and Hopelawn, NJ branches which refuse to do so), the product quality itself was highly disappointing. We expected the consistent, high-quality treat that Rita's is known for, but the taste and texture were just not up to par. Good cup size compliance, but the product quality needs improvement."
Didn't even get to try it cause we went at 9:50pm on a Saturday and Google Maps said it was open and we went and it was closed.
