I would give zero stars if possible after my visit this evening. Never in my life have I seen an employee behave in such an unprofessional and unreasonable manor. After yelling at a group of a dozen children because they were too excited while waiting in line (mind you, they were behaving as normal children who were happy to be at Rita's do), "K.A."
