Came to Rita’s a few days ago and honestly had such a good experience. Everything tasted so good and was made perfectly. Emilee was really nice and helpful the entire time and just made the whole visit feel welcoming. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and puts effort into what she’s doing. Definitely appreciated the great service and will definitely be back :)
Probably the most disappointing locations in Lancaster. Service was slow and took forever with a line that was shorter than the free day. Every other location was able to give me a kids size gelati (by adding custard to a kid's size ice) which they didn't recommend at all until I visited the Columbia Ave location. Visit Columbia Ave or Lincoln Highway location.
Love the custard. What's not to like!
