Very confused as to why an employee would not understand "chocolate covered strawberry and twist"... proceeds to hand me just the ice. I explain that that is not what I ordered and the 2nd time he hands me ice with vanilla. It was so akward I just took it and walked away. Does he literally NOT know what the twist refers to?
