Good service. The customers where a little rowdy but that's not the management's fault.
Let me just say. Customer service is amazing. Not all of the employees but one stands out. And that is the shift lead Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. I came up to the window she took my order immediately and I had my ice in minutes. Rita’s is a little pricy but not bad for a once in awhile treat. Lauren is friendly, outspoken, and very mature.
