I’ve been bringing my daughter to this Rita’s for a while, and she always enjoys getting water ice here. The staff has been friendly, and I like that there’s a small seating area where you can sit and enjoy your order. The main downside is the traffic and parking. There’s a drive-through restaurant nearby, so cars can sometimes back up and make getting in and out a little difficult. Other times, parking is pretty easy depending on how busy the area is. The staff was great here and did a great job with the order I had for my office of 12 people.
Really disappointed. Got three things. Pup cup with frozen custard. Gelato with frozen custard and mango. And a totally melted, runny, not frozen "concrete." I could have used a straw. If a menu item isn't available just say so. The. I would have ordered something they are capable of making.
