I really don’t think this franchise owner cares. I’ve been to this location twice, both times SUPER SLOW service. This time they had no vanilla ice cream which is insane to me. Only getting two stars instead of one because I love Rita’s flavor.

Nobody wants to stand out in the hot sun and order Italian Ice. You can’t even walk inside, it’s a window you order from.
