I love coming here all the time
I used to love Rita's (Waterford Lakes), however ever since they changed Mgmt things have not been the same! I've visited the location now 3days in row for a quart of Coconut Ice, for whatever reason it's now never in stock, I've even tried calling before visiting and no one picks up the phone and according to the employees it's a result of the new Mgmt team. #nococonut #nobueno
The apparently “new management” here sucks. I love the old owners. Recently, I came in here to witness a young lady get nagged by her Supervisor. The Supervisor was also very passive-aggressive towards her. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Ruins the vibe of the store. I don’t think I’ll ever come back from the secondhand embarrassment.
Staff was friendly, patient and ice and custard is the absolute best
