Nice and clean
Interesting the white couple was greeted and treated positively. I walk in just shortly before and I did not receive the same customer service. I was sort of pushed off to the side. Sometimes I do wear a bodycam. Racism? I just left, unwilling to contribute any sort of profit here. There is just something here I do not like. Good luck.
Since the new management took over at Rita’s of Waterford Lakes, I’m so happy coming here! The store looks so much cleaner and less visually busy, and the best part is that there are new flavors every week. Now the screens are actually updated with the current flavors, which makes it so much easier to choose. This has quickly become my new favorite spot!
I love coming here all the time
I used to love Rita's (Waterford Lakes), however ever since they changed Mgmt things have not been the same! I've visited the location now 3days in row for a quart of Coconut Ice, for whatever reason it's now never in stock, I've even tried calling before visiting and no one picks up the phone and according to the employees it's a result of the new Mgmt team. #nococonut #nobueno
