No leadership;THIS LOCATION BUGS ALL OVER THE COUNTER DIDN'T KNOW IF JIMMY'S OR BUGS ON MY DESSERT FORGET TOPPINGS IN SECONDS AFRER BEING TOLD NEVER AGAIN!!!
Tried Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard and got the mango Italian ice—super refreshing and really good. It’s sweet, fruity, and perfect on a hot day without being too heavy. Simple but hits the spot
Not super thrilled… I think this place lacks good training. On the left is the concrete which doesn’t fill the cup, on the right is a five layer gelati missing its bottom layer of custard. I give the kids working a break since they all seem high school age, but the management should acknowledge the fact they need better training, and need to be supervised.
We love our Rita’s in North Cape May. Always lots of flavors and great staff. Thank you for being the best!
