Always great, quick, and nice employees!
KJ provided great service in our first visit to Ritas in Long Neck! Even got us signed up for the rewards program and gave us samples of a new cherry flavor. The desert was very good! We will be back!
This location charges 50¢ to place two different flavors in one cup! Have gone to many Rita's in different states and haven't had such a charge. Contacted headquarters and was told that it is a decision of the owners to do this. Doesn't seem very customer friendly to charge for such a simple request. Not going back.
