I called for a water ice flavor. They didn’t have but the manager worked on getting it and had it later in the day. This is the best Rita’s around.
Associate Mariah, a lead in training gave me amazing customer service! she was very attentive and friendly. Will be returning! :D
Always my go to Rita’s location! Manager is very friendly, nice, and outgoing! They carry so much more flavors than the surrounding stores! Keep it up!
Great customer service! I ordered at the end of the night and while I was walking to my car I dropped my ice cream in the parking lot. They were closed but when I told them what happened they remade my order. It was so incredibly nice and thoughtful. They provided a great service !!!
