I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it tasted like some one dumped an entire bottle of strawberry syrup in it. It was inedible. When I questioned the girl at the counter she was incredibly rude. My family & I come here weekly but will now be boycotting Rita's. Thanks for the horrible drink & horrible customer service!
Purchased large sundae yesterday afternoon in huge cup but only half full.....almost $5 bucks. Whats up with that..
