I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the young staff working tonight at the Rita’s Italian Ice in Nazareth around 8 PM. The lines were very long, orders were constant, and the warmer weather was clearly making things even more difficult with the ice and custard melting so quickly. Despite the pressure, the young employees were doing the best they could to keep up. Unfortunately, I noticed some customers giving them a hard time when mistakes happened.
