The employee named Jayla was the best!!!! Amazing customer service and very efficient!
Left there very disappointed with my ice cream. When I went and voiced my concern to the young lady at the window she acted as if she couldn't do nothing to make it right. When asked for her boss info so I could talk with him she said she they have no contact for the boss. When I told her I will find his contact and talk with him she gets mad and says something and makes a fist gesture after I had gotten into the car. I've been eating at Rita's for decades. I found them via my ex-wife from Philadelphia South Jersey area. The water ice is phenomenal and I found myself bragging to people in Virginia for years about it. Even filling my cooler with it on random trips North and bring back home to eat. and then they slowly start to show up. I'm so happy this one is minutes away from me because I love frequenting here and getting four or five quarts to bring back home for the deep freezer for those late late night cravings. My husband loves Rita’s so we went to get a dessert after our night out. The older lady was cold and not welcoming, which was a little off putting, but slightly understandable for a Monday night. What completely turned us off to this place was when my husband went to throw something away in the trashcan, the lady physically turned the trashcan away from my husband like he couldn’t use it.
