From start to finish, Alena was incredibly attentive to every single detail. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Worst blowout experience EVER. I went in on a quiet Friday, only one stylist (an older woman) was there. I asked for a simple, loose, natural curl and showed her reference photos. She seemed confident, but the result was very frizzy and overly dramatic, with no volume at the top. Then she charged me $55 for the blowout. I absolutely love this salon! Rita is truly exceptional hair master — no one can create an occasion hairdo the way she does. Every style comes out flawless and elegant. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. And Julia is just as amazing. The moment I take my hands out of my pockets, the compliments start rolling in! My nails had never been so beautiful before I found her. If you want top-tier service from true professionals who make you look and feel incredible, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, the experience here was very disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple, affordable service ended up costing more than double the expected price, and the payment was processed without consent. When the issue was brought up, the response was confusing and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not okay - customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Please be careful before coming here.
