I absolutely love this salon! Rita is truly exceptional hair master — no one can create an occasion hairdo the way she does. Every style comes out flawless and elegant. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. And Julia is just as amazing. The moment I take my hands out of my pockets, the compliments start rolling in! My nails had never been so beautiful before I found her. If you want top-tier service from true professionals who make you look and feel incredible, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the experience here was very disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple, affordable service ended up costing more than double the expected price, and the payment was processed without consent. When the issue was brought up, the response was confusing and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is not okay - customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Please be careful before coming here.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. This salon is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer respect. From the moment I walked in, the staff was dismissive and rushed. Prices are inconsistent and they try to add extra "fees" that make no sense. When | asked for clarification, the attitude I received was unbelievable. They seem more focused on getting your money than providing any real service. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unpleasant staff all around. Sneaky as hell. horrific customer service. they do not care about your needs or wants. only seem interested in getting you out of there as quickly as possible. please save yourself the time money and self worth and look elsewhere.

I had an awful experience at Rita’s Hair Salon & Spa. The customer service was completely unprofessional from start to finish. When I asked to speak with a manager about how I was treated, the situation somehow got even worse. The person I was speaking to flat-out claimed the manager “wasn’t there,” even though it was obvious they were the one in charge.
