This review is based off a hair cut I got from Loretta- excellent customer service, gave tips and recommendations, and most importantly did a quick, precise, clean, and even cut. Definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Loretta!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! I just had the most amazing experience at Rita's Hair Salon & Spa! I went in yesterday and had the absolute pleasure of having Alena do my nails. From start to finish, Alena was incredibly attentive to every single detail. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Worst blowout experience EVER. I went in on a quiet Friday, only one stylist (an older woman) was there. I asked for a simple, loose, natural curl and showed her reference photos. She seemed confident, but the result was very frizzy and overly dramatic, with no volume at the top. Then she charged me $55 for the blowout. I absolutely love this salon! Rita is truly exceptional hair master — no one can create an occasion hairdo the way she does. Every style comes out flawless and elegant. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. And Julia is just as amazing. The moment I take my hands out of my pockets, the compliments start rolling in! My nails had never been so beautiful before I found her. If you want top-tier service from true professionals who make you look and feel incredible, this is the place. Highly recommend!
