Wrap flour tortilla mushy .was real hard to eat .fryer oil was old .I don't like to complain but third time between restaurant and truck .quality not so good .I'll try again in another 6 months.
I had food from Rita's Catering food truck at the waterville food truck park. Let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZINGGGG!! my favorite so far is the buffalo chicken mac and cheese! The tenders are hand battered and fried to order! C'mon now! If you see them rolling around, it's worth a stop! Can't wait to try more!
Stayed warm until I got home 25 mins later, fresh veggies, real potatoes, ham cooked to perfection, and a generous amount of food.
Rita's Catering did an incredible job at this recent wedding. The food was delicious and prompt. Everyone had full plates and most went back for seconds. In my opinion that's how you know the food is good. There were no issues with set up or communication with guests about their needs. Simply put Rita's gets the job done right.
We just tried Rita's Thanksgiving dinner! Wow, wow, and wow. All delicious, homemade food. Huge portion of REAL roasted turkey, not deli turkey. Mashed potatos and stuffing with REAL homemade gravy!!!!! I am just so thrilled at not having to cook, run over to Rita's Catering in Clinton to pick up, so easy. The pumpkin spice cake was amazing also. Thank you, Rita!
