If I could I would give this place a zero I had scheduled with weeks in advance as a birthday gift to myself, my appointment was originally scheduled for 2 pm I showed up at 1:53pm which the girls that greeted me were nice and said to take a seat and someone would be out shortly. It was already 2:20 and no one came out nor give me an update. It’s 2:28pm and finally I get a text apologizing for running late and she’s ready now. As a new client I understand how busy businesses are but communication would have been appreciated.
