My kids love Rita's, and so do I. We love that they have a huge variety of flavors, and they post them to their Facebook page everyday. The italian ice is perfect consistency, but you can add custard, or thin it out, or even mix flavors. I have also ordered it by the gallon (i call ahead to give them time) but it comes with a scoop and cups, great for gatherings. We stop by whenever we're in the area
