I usually have a great experience at this location, which is why today stood out so much. I came to order something on 3/29, that I’ve gotten here multiple times before, but was told it couldn’t be done. I understand that rules may be enforced differently, especially if a manager is present, so that wasn’t my main concern. What I didn’t understand was the attitude.
