I visited Rita’s on Main Street in Eagleville before it closed on May 12, 2026. The young woman with long dark hair was extremely unpleasant and showed no respect. When someone gives you money in your hand, you should be respectful and return it in the same manner. When I asked for my money back because I didn’t want the service, she repeated her arrogant behavior. It’s like she didn’t want to be touched. I usually have a great experience at this location, which is why today stood out so much. I came to order something on 3/29, that I’ve gotten here multiple times before, but was told it couldn’t be done. I understand that rules may be enforced differently, especially if a manager is present, so that wasn’t my main concern. What I didn’t understand was the attitude.
