Our office does an Annual Rita's Day every year. For the past two years we have used this location. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. I spoke to whom I believed was the manager, and asked for pricing for the 2.5 gallon buckets we typically order for the event. A price was quoted for them during this call. 2 weeks later, when we went to place the order, speaking to the same women, she told me, "I was wrong and she doesn't know where I got my information from but they do not have buckets anymore but rather coolers... read more
