I’ve purchased a few items from here and I did not have any issues until now. I ordered a ring in April for a pinky ring and it just doesn’t look like the picture. It’s supposed to be wrapped and it looks more like a rectangle cluster. It’s clunky and just not cute. I’ve been traveling and didn’t follow up on my emails to them, yes this is on me. The service has slowly been declining for years. There is no apparent leadership so you can be left for days trying to figure out what actually going on with your order. When you do finally get it it gets sent broken. So beyond disappointed. No explanation. No sorry. Just oh send it back and we will fix it. No. Probably won’t be buying from this company anymore after spending tens of thousands of dollars over 9 years.
Great experience and Laura was simply amazing !! She helped me every step of the way. She is an outstanding person. I would give her a 10+ if it were available.
