I’ve been wearing Wanderlust + Co for years, and it’s so meaningful to see the brand grow while staying true to their kind and genuine spirit. The team is wonderful, and shopping at their New York location on Bleecker Street was such a fun experience. Loved being able to pick up limited edition NY pieces, a special collectible that I could not resist.
So Danica was the one helping me with my ring process. She was great at first but when it came to negotiation she lacked plenty. She offered 15% off the setting when in the website the offer was 20%off. I emailed her on how the offer on the website was 20%off and she just never got back to me. She helped me design and pick out the perfect ring, and her expertise as a gemologist really showed throughout the entire process. Danica was always available whenever I needed her, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make this a special experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend asking for Danica—she truly is the best!
Ritani is a wonderful company to work with! I created a custom ring using the builder off their website and their customer service was always responsive, willing to answer any and all questions, and were extremely patient while I nervously waited. The ring itself was absolutely stunning and built so well. The prices are excellent and Ritani has a customer for life!
Danica had followed up with me through my order with updates even when I hadn’t asked, was very happy as I was able to have peace of mind through this entire transaction!!
