I went last week there and had a great experience with Loretta and Mehmet. Went today again to get a color. The blonde lady which I don’t know her name charged me $45 for a blowout which I did not get. Mehmet asked me if I wanted one and I said no, and when I went to the register my hair was completely frizzy. She charged me $180 for the hair dye trying to tell me that she gave me a discount from $220 as my hair is long and needed a lot of processes while the price on the website was even cheaper. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give a ZERO star I would have. Rita's Salons will not honor a Groupon I purchased and is refusing to refund claiming "I was hacked" Meanwhile I am out $68 for months now still trying to get my money. All she does when I call up is yells at me in broken English
10/10 experience . Talented , good prices and friendly environment. I’m here religiously every 2 weeks. One stop shop, she does it all!
Rita is such an amazing person. I’ve know her for about 5 years now and I don’t trust anyone but her with my eyebrows. From lash lifts, eyelash extensions to brow tinting, she does it all. She’s passionate and it shows in her work.
