Booked an initial neuro appointment with Rita for my mother who seems to be displaying Alzheimer's symptoms. Waited nearly 2 months for this appoint to be met with a call, THAT morning, indicating Dr Richardson was sick and had to cancel the appointment (not to mention it was a beautiful summer day on Friday). No other doctors were given as alternatives to meet with that day. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Would never book an appointment here again. We will go to Appleton.
A great place to go. I work as an Occupational Therapist and have worked with Neurologists before, some are good and some are not . I guess that is with any Dr. I went as a patient. Dr. Richardson went over my case history with me inch by inch. Dr. Richardson was very thorough. She spent a lot of time with me and explained everything to me. She did not talk above me. She talked to me. The staff is friendly and explained everything to me as they were doing different tests. I had to have an EEG the technician was also awesome.... read more
