Rita is a brilliant professional who can cut to the chase with any orthopedic problem. She is organized, knowledgeable and extremely kind. She explains things thoroughly in a non-technical manner. She assessed my knee problem and gave me hope that my issue would improve.
Recently visited the orthopedic office in Houston’s Methodist the Woodlands for pain in both hips. Saw Rita Pavel PA and was very happy with her assessment and proposed treatment! Highly recommend her. The office texts you right after checking in with amount of estimated wait time. The next text mentioned where to wait and which door the staff would come out to call you back. Very helpful and efficient!!!
My son is special needs, he was being seen for issues he's had with his knee. Everything was explained to me clearly with the opportunity to ask questions. Not a long wait to be seen.The front desk staff, xray staff and medical staff were awesome. They were patient,professional and kind.Overall we had a very positive experience.
