Dr Rita Patel is fantastic! She is very kind and compassionate doctor. She takes the time to listen. I feel like my concerns are always heard and addressed vs being just pushed through. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pcp.

Worst staff ever, they never accept a call and put you on a hold then transfer to wrong department, then they don’t understand what they have to do
Worst dr ever. Don’t make an appointment with her. All she’ll say is go to urgent care. Go to the er. I have a bladder infection and she wouldn’t see me. I drove all the way here. She didn’t bother calling and made me waste gas. This has been going on since I started here. All I’ve ever been told was see urgent care
