Flaky Doctor While Dr. Eckenrode is a great listener, she does not follow through on requests you make. Her office staff is great, friendly, and do their best to cover for her, but they can only go so far. Dr. Eckenrode also has a bad rapport with the hospital nurses, which she told me about. She just didn't come off as very professional all around.
Great Doctor, Horrible Staff I have been a patient of Dr. Eckenrode's for over 10 years. She is an excellent doctor and will spend the time to answer all your questions. Her former office staff was great, however the office staff handling things these days is horrible. They are slow to return calls, schedule appointments for services at other locations, and will tell you they will call you tomorrow but never do...and when you call a week later "Sarah" still has not done her job.
