Very arrogant. Doesn't take accountability for her mistakes. She misdiagnosed my eye condition and rushed me out of our appointment. Then when I brought her error to her attention, tried to minimize my symptoms and their affect on me. She's dangerous. Wouldn't recommend her. If you go there, don't wear a Trump shirt.

Dr. Rita Okumo is a wonderful specialist! Very professional, caring, and respectful to her patients. She listened patiently to all my questions and my history of my eye condition, and provided very helpful feedback. She took me through every step, demonstrated, and explained everything. I felt relaxed and can definitely trust this Doctor. Thank you, Doctor Okumo!
I haven’t meet the Doctor this review is for the appointment system. I call today to reschedule an appointment & was told there’s no appointment until September how can that be when she’s working in a hospital setting so you mean to tell me if I have a problem after my visit then the next time I can see her will be in September does make sense. I guess I will have to look elsewhere for a more accommodating healthcare system.
Nice person, very approachable, but she either mis or underdiagnosed a pretty severe, lifelong eye condition that I've had. Needs to work on listening skills.
