Dr Rita Knotts is an amazing world class expert in her field. There is no better physician in NYc area for figuring out what causes patients upper GI (esophageal) problems. She is kind, compassionate. She and her team smoothly navigated me through the tests required to reach an accurate diagnosis. I can't recommend Dr. Knotts enough. She was able to effectively diagnose and treat my health condition where so many other specialists have failed over the past decade!
I’ve had an incredible experience receiving care from Dr. Knotts and the excellent nurses and medical assistants at this location!!! After six years of suffering from a rare esophageal disorder where I can’t swallow properly and having repeatedly doctors tell me to “chew more,” finally Dr. Knotts was the doctor who listened to me, believed me, and expedited the steps needed to get surgery for my condition.
Not a good doctor gave me a misleading diagnosis said I needed deeded tube I never did then said I have bad reflux and said I need nissen but then said I don’t this doctor doesn’t know how to direct patients needs to lose her medical license asap
