Rude with poor patient service and follow up. Primary concern is money not patient care.
I haven't seen a dentist in 4 years. I looked up Dr. Burnett and scheduled for a teeth clean. She is very nice and gentle as I had to go in for a teeth filling. She administered an anesthesia shot to my sensory nerves on my left side of the mouth and was very careful not to poke anything else other than the nerve. I have fun at her office and would HIGHLY recommend her practice to anyone.
What a lovely lady!! I feel really relaxed there, and will be going back for years.
