My neighbors have the same people same insurance, they are from here but military, middle class. We just had a rain storm a bit ago my neighbor had a tarp on the back of their house. Next thing I know I’m getting a cancellation letter in the mail. And my insurance rep. R.k. Says I refused to have it inspected a year or so ago with is not true. My neighbors are a couple a few years younger than me, both white, middle class military who also has State Farm. Their roof is in the same condition as mine. A single mother, mixed origin. Lower income. For a cancellation letter due to roof, second time. I told R.K roof is fine just had storm heavy rain wind. No damage, no leaks why am I being dropped.
