Rita is super knowledgeable in her field and her confidence eased our anxiety while we went through our first ever home purchase. I’d give 10 stars if I could. When I was looking for a rental property, she found properties with my requirements and set up viewings that fit my timeframe. Rita worked hard to make it all go smoothly. She even brought a cup of hot water to unfreeze a key lock box just to be sure we could get in. She’s super friendly and easy to work with. Rita is everything you want in an agent - responsive, available, friendly, honest. She didn't try to push us on any house, wanting to make sure we found they house we really loved. And when we did, she made sure we were offering the right price and not overpaying. She also checked in constantly throughout the closing process, and after we've been in the house for a few months to make sure we're happy - a true professional.
