I have been seeing Rita for years. She is very flexible with scheduling appointments, even on short notice. In person, she is attentive to areas on which I want her to work, and she is generous with the time she gives her clients. She never rushes me, and she is a sweet person to talk to in general.

This review is waaaay passed due! I've been having a problem with unwanted hair since my teenage years and tried everything in the market (waxing, threading, plucking, and even expensive Laser Hair Removal treatments). I took an appointment through telephone and went there no one turned up.there are two doors inside.i knocked the door, heard some ones voice but no one came out.later the beautician in the front door came to the office and asked us to go inside.Ms Rita came out.she was already with a client and asked me to wait for 10 mins.waited but she did not turn up.it was 1hour by then, I have waited.i knocked and said that I'm leaving, she said ok.but I did not find any pinch on her face.1hour of my time is gone.for consultation itself... read more
