I have NEVER known a doctor's office take weeks to return a call to make an appointment for a new patient. I initially called on June 1st, inquiring about an appointment after my Dr referred me to this office. TO DATE, the patient care coordinator hasn't returned my calls I've called at least 4 times- totally ridiculous. I'll go where i won't have to question the customer service.
Dr. Gupta was chosen for me. It was my first visit with her. She did not rush my visit with her. She asked me questions and she clearly explained my concerns.I tell her genuinely care for her patients.In my opinion I would recommend Dr.Gupta to anyone. Her staff is pleasant & helpful. Thank You Dr. Gupta💕for being you!
