I had an appointment scheduled that I needed to cancel due to surgery the same day. Called to cancel and was put on hold for 8 minutes, hung up and called back numerous times receptionist would pick up and hang up. Then she switched it to a fax. Finally when I did reach her I asked why she was so rude to be picking up and haninging up and she said they were extremely busy.
