My mother is 91 and a patient of Dr Rita’s. Last Saturday we realized her meds were low, one with only a few days left. The pharmacy called Dr Rita to approve the refill. I called Monday and was told Dr Rita was off until Thursday. (She only works Monday and Thursday). She saw my mother at Copper Ridge, which is a rehabilitation and nursing home facility and she released her with C-Diff, and infected bedsores with not mention of this to us until we walked in the door and my mom had to go to the bathroom. If we were not a family of nurses we would not have known what to do. She did not examine my mom or she would have been treating her bedsores on her ankles and bottom. She is a horrible doctor. Stay away.
