Rita Michael not return phone calls, emails even to your lawyer. She did not follow the law returning all money that I paid to keep the house bills up until she got probate. Her contents to court will have to corrected a few times. Be prepared to spend thousands of dollars on legal fees to Rita to do her duty as per law.

Rita Michael did not distribute my father’s estate until after I was forced to hire an attorney and go to Court. It took over a year for me to get my inheritance.

Rita took exceptional care of my Aunt after my Uncle's passing. She found a great care giver who not only saw to all her needs but also sang show tunes with her and also took care of her dog. All her bills were taken care of on time and all accounting was kept up to date. I would highly recommend her.

Rita Michael has been handling my deceased Aunt's Estate since 2012. She has made numerous promises via phone and email and to date, 5/5/2016 the heirs have never been officially notified as to the closing of the Estate. In addition, the personal family items in her custody remain undelivered to the only surviving son of the decedent. This is a painful tragedy to have a family continue to be forced with dealing with unfinished business from a court approved trustee.
