My experience with this law firm was excellent. Alexandra was easy to work with, and her emails were easy to follow. Additionally, emails were answered fast. I had no issues during closing, and even helped me with dealing with the seller to address an issue. Overall, no stress with the process. 5/5
Not transparent about fees. Was told that a real estate transaction would = an agreed upon legal fee + an agreed upon mortgage fee + disbursements. In addition to both the agreed upon legal fees they also charged me a "title insurance counsel fee" and a "read abstracts fee" which together came out to an additional ~$500 before HST on top of everything.
Rita took over our family files. She is a pleasant person to work with, and I have complete confidence in her.
