AVOID - at all costs.
Ordered a bike in November 2023 and they could never get the bike to me in Canada. Asked for a refund in August 2024 and have been told a different story for 8 months. No bike, no refund. This was almost $5000 in local currency. They sent people to reddit to make fund of me and my posts about losing money to them. Truly a sick company. Give me back my my money you scum
AVOID – Disrespectful and Unprofessional Company I placed and fully paid for my order in late May 2024. AVOID IT at all cost My order (#9001586) was placed and fully paid for in early August 2024. After nearly five months, it was cancelled by Ristretto due to importation issues to Sweden. While I understand that these issues may have been out of Ristretto's control, the time it has taken to identify and communicate this is deeply concerning. More pressing, however, is the delay in processing my refund. So far no refund was made.
