This company takes your money and leaves the customers high a dry. I purchased two bikes with the intention of purchasing more... after the 6th fake delivery dates and almost a year of waiting. I realized something shady was going on so I sent all of the emails and conversations to the credit card company I final got my money back...

AVOID - at all costs.
Ordered a bike in November 2023 and they could never get the bike to me in Canada. Asked for a refund in August 2024 and have been told a different story for 8 months. No bike, no refund. This was almost $5000 in local currency. They sent people to reddit to make fund of me and my posts about losing money to them. Truly a sick company. Give me back my my money you scum
AVOID – Disrespectful and Unprofessional Company I placed and fully paid for my order in late May 2024. After nearly eight months of waiting, the order was canceled by Ristretto due to import issues in France. While I understand that such issues might be beyond their control, the excessive time it took to identify and communicate these problems is deeply concerning.
