There aren’t many restaurants in vacation spots whose disappearance would greatly diminish the dining scene’s character and vitality. Luciano’s is such a place. Its food, affability, and consistency make it our staple restaurant at the shore. While we love to try other places here and there, no trip goes by without a stop here. Always good and always in the Italian tradition. Need to make reservations right at 4 weeks out. BYOB! Still amazing food and service. Worth making the effort to get a reservation. Note that they actually have to be open for the season before they will process your reservation. You should call about 21 days before you want to dine (check with them on this).

We have dined at Luciano since the “early days”, and have admired how the team established and grew this business. It is one of the best restaurants anywhere. Experience - the reception and table assignments are generally good. The atmosphere is very nice. Service - the service is always very good (and often excellent).
