Pasta dishes are super overpriced for the portion size !! Cache di Pepe was overly salted which diminished the cheese and fresh pepper flavor Sorry, we won’t be back
Luciano and Joe continue to put on a top notch Italian dining experience in Stone Harbor. It’s our favorite restaurant in town. We look forward to going back soon.
How can an Italian restaurant charge $8 extra for pasta to accompany an OVER-sauced entree with veal and tiny shrimp ??? The salad was only lettuce...at least add a few tomatoes and cucumbers. The prosciutto appetizer was skimpy with dried mozzarella balls...again, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or roasted peppers. Please take a moment and review your menu. With very little effort you can elevate several menu items.
I’ve been here a few times, the food is always stellar. Service has been really solid too. The calamari is the best in stone harbor and comes in a huge serving, enough for 6. Meatballs are packed with flavor. Two great starters. The entrees are delicious and as expected. The only thing I’d say is odd, the salads with the entrees are tiny - couple leaves of lettuce.
