Best service I have ever had . Period! Food was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough. I was so happy to give a big tip. Violin player . My waiter was an artist. he made making a salad flaming cheese spaghetti.
This being our 10th time here, and it was my birthday , I was so extremely blown away by the top notch service by our favorite, Salvatore E… he is so efficient and always treats us like family.. the food is wonderful, the atmosphere is awe inspiring and even though I am going thru a serious health condition, coming to LUCCA makes me get through the tough times! I wish I could give more stars.. I tell everyone I meet about going to LUCCA is a must! Kudos to all
Reserved days in advance, only to receive a call days later saying they were overbooked and had to cancel my reservation, how do they decide who’s reservation to cancel, I’m not sure but it’s first time I’ve ever heard that.
I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Sadly, we left underwhelmed. Upon greeting, staff were very nice and took care of our coats. We had a reservation and we were seated right away. Ambiance in the restaurant was very nice. The violin player was great. Bread was served in hearts and the herb butter was good. The plate of prosciutto was great! Service was nice overall. love it here !! very cool ambience, and a great date night. Pasta dishes are phenomenal. Even the menus look cool with the light. There was a jazz singer when we were there. Would love to get back here soon
