The technician did not perform a full safety check after completing the repair, which is concerning given the potential safety risks associated with garage doors.
The company showed little accountability when I raised concerns and seemed more focused on closing the ticket than resolving the actual issue.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dominick was an absolute pleasure to work with - from setting up our initial appointment to the new garage door installment…professional and seamless! Only thing we did wrong was not contact sooner!!! Can’t recommend Rissland Door enough!!
Do not call another company! Dominick came to repair our door after both springs broke. He gave me a price that was 1/5th the price of another company that came out. He explained everything in detail and completed the job in less then 20 minutes. We need more companies like this! Thanks again Rissland!
