If you're tired of getting to run around from tradesmen who don't even know their own business call Dusty Risner. He and his crew came out the very next day to take a look at my well. Within an hour they not only determine the problem but corrected it. It was reassuring to see somebody who knew exactly what he was talking about and did their work efficiently. When the water went out in our house, I called Dusty at Risner Cantrell Pump Service and he came over about an hour later, just as he said he would. He found the problem and returned with his crew an hour later to pull the 25 year old pump from our well. The price ended up being less than he quoted and it was all fixed another hour later. In all, we were only without water for 4 hours! He was friendly, professional and I would recommend Dusty and his crew for anyone that has well issues.

Just want to say Dusty and his Guys came out this morning like he said he would. They went right to work. Dusty then gave me an estimate and worked with me from start to finished. They didn’t milk the clock. They all worked hard from start to finish..one company put the well in and has done me wrong from get to.
