Risner Cantrell Pump Service is a disaster. Called for an emergency repair and they couldn't even be bothered to give us an ETA. Showed up 2 days later and expected us to be okay with it. Not worth the wait.
Called them to fix a broken well pump, they arrived three days late, installed a faulty unit that quit after a day, and stopped responding when I asked for a fix. Won’t be using them again.
