Beautiful (model) homes. Quality is not you’d hope for anymore. Especially with shortage of experienced trades. If you have purchase a house from Risland, I’d be concerned with the customer service from their Warranty Department in Prosper. Should you express any concerns, you can expect to be brushed off so you get tired and give up.
