We were traveling through and had an emergency with our sweet Maple who we believe picked up something toxic in the rest area. The doctor and her staff welcomed us and took excellent care of our girl. They were so knowledgeable and empathetic and worked quickly to stabilize Maple which we believe saved her life. We can't thank you all enough for what you did.
dr. meghan is amazing. with four dogs it's almost like I'm there every week. they are very attentive. when my scottish terrier had eye surgery dr. meghan was very clear the plan A, B and C. they were also very clear on pricing. I've found it to be very fair considering the care she gets. it's worth the drive (30 min). the only downside is that is you have to call, be prepared to call multiple times. the lines are ALWAYS busy.
we only recently found Risinger. We changed from our regular vet and have loved it. sadly the prognosis for our sweet beagle was terminal and we lost him back in April. The staff handled it so well considering we were right in the middle of quarantine. We picked him up today..After cremation and it was hard. But they were sweet. we have 3 other pups and are risinger converts for sure. Thank you!
I wanted to say thank you to the doctor and staff for helping me through this tough time regarding my kitty who was 8 days old, my Bobby. yall are so compassionate and caring. yall went above and beyond for him and me. thank you for letting me hold him in the end. such a wonderful place my heart hurts but knowing he was treated with such kindness in your care. I have no words for that but thank you, thank you so much for being amazing caring people.
our dog is very particular who his dr is. we've tried other vets but no matter what he was always uncomfortable with them until we took him here and he fell in love with his dr. they treat you pet as there own and you can really feel the love they have for your pet and you.
Great place. Worked us in for stitches. I really appreciate their service.
